Title: British Bulldog money box
Comments: This is a one off item made by Wades Ireland late eighties. This was saved from being destroyed as there was only 6 made. The British Bulldog was originally made for Marlboro Company as a money box similar to the pigs made for NatWest and Ulster Bank. Marlboro then decided not to go on with the order and the original 6 were put in the skip. Permission was granted with 1 being saved. A member of the Society now owns it as his relative used to work in Wades and was the one who saved the item. No more of these money boxes were ever made.
