I am so happy I found this website! My boyfriend (who is Irish) and I just started collecting Wade Porcelain and we think it is beautiful! Unfortunately we don't know much about it but with this site I am looking forward to learning all I can and hopefully maybe find some wonderful pieces to add to our collection!

We are antique dealers in the U.S. and we specialize in Wade collectibles. Have been to the Wade factory in Burslem but the Ireland plant closed before we could get there. It was great to find this web site and we are both looking forward to possibly adding some of our pieces of Irish Wade to the project.

Wades factory in Portadown was without doubt the most enjoyable place to work and as Mr.Stringer says it was the people in the factory which made it such a special place. It seems that many are eargerly awaiting the first book dedicated to Irish Wade. Good luck to Harry,Cardwell and all involved.
