We are from Alaska. My Mom, is part Irish, I believe my grandmother's name was Jennie Mullen and there were also Murphy relatives. I fell in love with Irish Porcelain years ago, when I purchased a tankard at and upstate New York outdoor market and had no idea what it was except I loved the colors of the glaze and loved the shamrocks.

I have enjoyed browsing through your lovely Irish Wade site once again so this time I will sign your guestbook. I have been collecting Wade for a number of years since receiving my late grandmothers pieces. My favorite pieces are of course the Leprechauns often finding them peeking around corners begging me to bring them home to their friends among my collections. I have many prized pieces of Wade Irish Porcelain but one of my recent treasures was to acquire the beautiful Wade Irish Porcelain Plaque.
